  • What are the best communication channels to choose for my online shop?

    It is very much your choice but try and think of your customers and what they are most likely to use.

    WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are the obvious choices but customers do expect a prompt response when using these forms of messaging.

    You can also choose Phone (click to call) or text message, and there are many more.

    The beauty of the Chaty App is that we can specify different channels for PC and Mobile. For example, using WhatsApp on a PC is cumbersome, so we only show that option on the mobile version of your site.

  • What is included in the FREE plan?

    All the standard features are available in the FREE version of the app with the exception of:

    1. The free plan is limited to 500 visitors per month
    2. The 'Get Chaty' credit is removed in the Pro plans
    3. Custom targeting is also only available in the Pro plans
    4. The Pro plans allow you to create multiple widgets for different pages
  • How can remove the 'Get Chaty' branding?

    This will disappear as soon as you upgrade to a PRO plan.

  • Can I change the placement and the appearance of the widget?

    Yes, we can fully customise the Chaty App. We can change the location as well as the colour scheme.

  • Does the Chaty App work on mobile?

    Yes, most certainly! You can even decide which communication channels you want to use on mobile and desktop view
