WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger are the obvious choices but customers do expect a prompt response when using these forms of messaging.

The beauty of the Chaty App is that we can specify different channels for PC and Mobile. For example, using WhatsApp on a PC is cumbersome, so we only show that option on the mobile version of your site.
